We are pet friendly and accept most pets with an additional Monthly Pet Rent of $20 per approved pet. We allow no more than 2 pets in total per unit for most properties, and all pets must be pre-approved by the Property Manager. More specifics are below:

A liability insurance policy will be required for all dogs. The policy must include South Wedge Properties, LLC and the Owner as additionally insured. This policy should be at least $100,000.00 and can be obtained through any renter’s insurance provider.
